Paulett Wines, Clare Valley, South Australia - about 2 hours drive north from Adelaide is the beautiful Polish Hill River sub-region of the Clare Valley, home to Neil & Alison Paulett and their winery.

They are producers of very fine wines that are well recognized and awarded within Australia. Their wines are elegant and fine yet intense and suitable to all occasions. Ranging from their lively Trillians Sparkling Riesling, zesty dry Riesling, tropical Sauvignon Blanc through to their savoury, well weighted, and loaded with character reds, there is something for all to enjoy. Their cellar door is one of the ‘must see’ places in the Clare Valley. Do come and visit soon.

Opening Times: Daily 10am – 5pm (excepting Christmas Day & Good Friday)

Address: Turn off Main North Road just South of Sevenhill towards Mintaro, travel 2 ½ Kms and turn sharply left. It is well signed posted.
