Alex Knoll

Alex Knoll is in a class of his own - well, he was when he was studying his certificate in Smallgoods Manufacturing to complement his Butcher Trade.

He has spent his life surrounded by food; turning his passion into a profession at the helm of the family business, Barossa Fine Foods which not surprisingly is Australia's most awarded Smallgoods maker.
